Boy, it is really counting down and I think we are almost ready to go. I have two that are a no show so far, after many attempts by several of us to "collect" them. It is what it is, no response tells me they truly are not committed to the Challenge, so it is best they do not show.
I am ready and very much in need of the structure and support. I am hopeful that between BLC21 and WW I can make this happen this round.
Working on Les Mills Pump and living it. I thin if it as "jacked up strength training" as it has cardio quality, whether I like it or not.
OK - off and running at work!

3 Days to DAY 1
Lots of cardio today - think I am good for the week. LOL!!
Warriors are coming in and getting acclimated - good to see. Gotta work on negative self talk with this group.
Starting to move more, but still struggling with the food. Gotta go South Beach!

4 Days to DAY 1
All the Warriors are gathering and getting the plan ready and getting excited and i love the enthusiasm. We have a few that seem a tad bit intimidated - not unusual and that's OK - we will pull together.
I did a 50 minute workout today - 40 minutes of Les Mills Pump & Burn and some walking for a warm up. Felt good and boy, the arms are "singing" this evening. Feels GREAT!!

My very fave is ST and Les Mills is fitting the bill. I also have the add on dvds that add some cardio to the ST. I think I may have to start trying them out - I have done part of the Step, but there are others. Need to get completely back into the exercise groove.
Then there is the food issue. Need to get rid of all the white and I think I will feel better and be more in control. That's the goal for tomorrow.

BLC 21 is in the Works
